Sunday Songs and Rhymes Jan 21 - Feb 3

     Sunday Song & Rhyme:  Jan 21 - Feb 3

Welcome to the Outlawz Sunday Song & Rhyme Challenge!

A big thank you to everyone for their entries last challenge. We do enjoy seeing how everyone interprets the song/Rhyme! They were all fantastic!

To play in this challenge you do not have to follow the Song/Rhyme to the letter. We only ask that you find something in the song or rhyme to inspire your card/project and that you tell us what your inspiration was in your blog post. (This is required to be eligible for the prize)

This challenge has no sponsors, but you do have the opportunity to win a top 3  badge. Also, you can still enter your card (one only) to The Outlawz Challenges for a chance at a prize from one of our sitewide sponsors!

Now on to the challenge!

Our Song/Rhyme this fortnight is from Nan

INSPIRATION FROM THE DESIGN TEAM

Jane

Inspired by Snowman, and the words of the first and second verses, particularly "frost and the boughs

Of the pine-trees crusted with snow;" "junipers shagged with ice,
The spruces rough in the distant glitter"

Lorie

inspired by "One must have a mind for winter"

Margaret

Inspired by The Snowman

Nan

Susan

Inspired by the title and 'the frost and the boughs and the pine-trees crusted with snow'.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT AN ANYTHING GOES CHALLENGE. YOU MUST MENTION IN YOUR BLOG POST WHAT, FROM THE SONG/RHYME, INSPIRED YOUR CARD/PROJECT. IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE THAT INFORMATION YOUR CARD/PROJECT WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A BADGE OR THE SITEWIDE PRIZES!

  1. Oops. I accidentally posted the wrong card to this challenge (#9). If it can be removed, I'll put the correct one. Thanks!
